Why did Growth Journal come about?

“One of my biggest balancing acts in life is between the pursuit for excellency and personal growth, and enjoying the delicacies of everything world has to offer. Training hard at the gym, and savouring a pint (or two) of frosty IPA. Meditating in the morning, and watching tarsier videos on Youtube in the evening.  

Growth Journal is an attempt to bridge the two, making the daily imrovement easy and fun. While it was developed for my our needs, we sincerely hope it can be of value for you too.
